Can I contract the funds by transferring from another fund manager?

Yes, if you are not yet an investor in any of our funds and want to make a transfer to a Metagestión fund, you only have to click on the following link to access the online registration process and follow the steps indicated. If you are already a client of any of our investment funds, you can enter the transfer order by clicking on the following link to your Customer Portal.

What do I have to do to sign up for the investment funds if I am already a Metavalor Pensiones investor?

To contract a fund, all you have to do is click on the following link to access your customer portal and carry out the transaction on the investment fund of your choice.

What is the minimum amount required to subscribe to the funds?

60 euros

Can I open several accounts?

Yes, as long as these contracts are not under the same ownership. In other words, you can have one contract solely yours, and be a co-owner of other contracts.

Can I deposit the money in the fund and give the purchase order on the day I want?

No. Your deposit will take effect on the day your money is paid in, as long as we have the subscription documents duly completed and signed before 15:00h in the case of a physical signature.

What day does my position take value?

Your position will take effect on the day your money is paid in, provided that we have the subscription documents duly completed and signed before 15:00h in the case of a physical signature.

Is it possible to register several fund holders?

Yes, in the case of two or more holders, it will be necessary to send us a copy of the ID cards of all the participants if they have not attached them during the registration process.

If we register two fund holders, can one of the two holders operate (subscriptions, transfers, redemptions) or do both have to authorise it?

If transactions are carried out via the customer portal, they may be carried out by only one participant. This is because, according to the client area access contract, the clients expressly agree that the relations between them are always joint and several.

How can I send the documents?

In the event that your registration process has been done by physical signature, you can send them by email to info@metagestion.com or by fax to +34 91 781 68 92.

Safety

Where is the money in the fund?

It is deposited with Inversis Banco, which is owned by the Banca March group. This group is one of the most solvent banks in Europe according to the ECB.

Does Metagestión have access to my money?

No. Metagestión’s accounts are separate from those of the funds, so we do not have access to them.

What happens if the depositary/manager goes bankrupt?

In the unlikely event of bankruptcy of the depositary/manager, another bank or financial institution would take its place without prejudice to unitholders.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

There is none. In any case, due to the investment style we follow, we recommend a minimum period of 5 years for our equity products and 3 years for our mixed fund.

Fees

What are the fees?

There is no subscription or redemption fee, only a management fee, which varies according to the fund.

What are the costs?

The depository fee is 0.08%. In addition, there are other minor expenses such as audit costs.

When am I charged fees and expenses?

Fees and expenses are deducted daily from the net asset value, therefore, the net asset values and returns we publish are always net of fees and expenses.

Are there any penalties or subscription or redemption fees?

No. There is no penalty or redemption fee.

However, we recommend an investment period of at least 5 years for our equity products and 3 years for our mixed fund.
